Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Tim Smith is a renowned visionary and educator with a passion for sharing his love of movement.With a diverse background in dance styles ranging from jazz and hip hop to contemporary and tap, Tim has honed his skills at prestigious institutions like Chapman University .

Throughout his career, Tim has achieved numerous accolades, including National choreography awards and Studio Director of the Year. His creative work has been showcased in various settings, from stage to screen to Disney Live productions.

Tim's impressive resume includes collaborations with world-class artists such as Bruno Mars, Missy Elliot, Katy Perry, Madonna and many more. He has also been involved in iconic events like the Super Bowl Half-Time Show for the last 16 years.

With a dedication to nurturing young talent, Tim has taught countless students of all ages throughout his journey. His commitment to inspiring others is evident in his ability to convey the joy and fulfillment that can be found through dance.

Emma Olson brings over 13 years of dance experience to her teaching practice. She started dancing at the age of 3 and has since garnered a wealth of achievements in both competitive dance and ballet. As a competitive dancer for over a decade, Emma earned 3 national titles, numerous scholarships, and special awards. Her dedication to ballet intensified at age 14, alongside maintaining a solo competition schedule and attending prestigious summer intensives with institutions such as Colorado Ballet, Joffrey Ballet School, Oklahoma City Ballet, and Ballet Austin.

During high school, Emma was an integral member of her school's dance team, contributing to 5 state titles and a top-8 finish at nationals. Her passion for teaching emerged early on as she toured nationally for 4 years as a featured assistant for a prominent dance convention. In this role, she assisted teachers and choreographers across various styles including contemporary, ballet, lyrical, jazz, technique, and tap.

Olivia Soukup danced competitively for 15 years with experience in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, ballroom, etc., training with Tim Smith for 3 years, and she currently attends Creighton University with a major in Marketing. She has worked with many industry choreographers and traveled to numerous competitions and conventions. Olivia is excited to continue sharing her passion through teaching and choreographing, inspiring students to push their limits and express themselves through dance.

Buffy Frey has been dancing since she was 2 years old.  She grew up at a Kay Marie and Carol’s School of Dance where she was on the performance Show Unit and competed in the Minneapolis suburbs.  She went to school at North Dakota State and was on the dance team for 4 years.  After graduation, she coached at NDSU, West Fargo and Casselton high schools in North Dakota. 

In 2003 she moved to Omaha and went back to the studio world to teach.  She loves working with kids of all ages and sharing her passion for dance.  She works her days with Cargill, and she and Steve have 3 girls, Maris, Tiffany and Sofie.

Lauren Wichert

Stephanie Huettner is an Omaha based dancer and choreographer. She has studied and performed

various dance styles for over 40 years and is currently the co-director of tbd. dance collective. The creation of the group came out of an organic desire to grow dance in the Omaha community. Since the inception of the collective, Huettner has performed and choreographed with the group in a wide variety of styles in many disparate venues. Her favorite collaborations include work with local musicians,filmmaker Nik Fackler, and the Movement Series at the KANEKO art gallery. She teaches contemporary

modern classes in the Omaha area and has been studying and teaching aerial for four years. Huettner spends her days saving the world as the Assistant General Curator, Curator of Birds, and sustainability coordinator at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium.

Robyn Fabrizzio is a talented dance instructor and choreographer with a deep-rooted passion for the craft. Growing up in the competitive dance world, Robyn was fortunate to train under the guidance of renowned choreographer Tim Smith from her eighth grade through her senior year.

Now a dedicated educator, Robyn is pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska Omaha while simultaneously sharing her expertise as a dance instructor. With three years of experience teaching and choreographing various dance styles, Robyn's commitment to inspiring and guiding young dancers is evident

Talia Osborn received her BSN, RN from Nebraska Methodist College. She has worked as a nurse in many capacities for the last 10 years including the hospital setting, insurance, and most recently in bio tech. She is a mom of 2 which keeps her very busy! As hobbies, she loves to express herself artistically through music, diy projects, make-up artistry, and more!!
